** Please note that the team fees pay for the following: TBCAL league fees, referee fees, team league fees, fingerprinting for volunteer coaches (per the Jessica Lundsford Act) and jerseys. 
The cheerleading package includes: skirt, shell with team monogram, brief boycut shorts, full size poms, socks, shoes, shorts, t-shirt, cheer bag, and hair bow.



MANDATORY SPORTS PHYSICALS 2012-2013

Sports physicals are mandatory for all student athletes who participate in an LLT after-school sport.  A student will only need one sports physical per school year, (2012-2013) no matter how many sports they play for LLT.  A sports physical form was given to you in your registration packet. The form will need to be filled out by your student's doctor and handed in to Coach Clemmer.
